Remember the Aso Villa Demo Day (AVDD) that I wrote about some weeks ago. The 30 finalists that would get to pitch their ideas directly to the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria have been selected.

Tens of tech start-ups pitched their ideas to the judges in the preliminary part of the event which held in Lagos and Port Harcourt. After screening the candidates and getting rid of the “chaff”,they have been able to shortlist thirty (30) of the candidates that would have the opportunity to present their ideas directly to the president of the country, federal ministers and other investors in the final event that would hold in Abuja.
